Are you doing a run of these? If so, I'd recommend bitbox - www.bitbox.co.uk - very cheap design and manufacture of all sorts stuff like this and they know a lot about PSU's!

 

I might do if there's interest. I think whatever interest, I'll want around 10 of them, maybe more... I'm thinking that I'll make a kit version available, including the PCB, and also providing a pre-assembled option... Mail me if interested
