Question

Hi,

Can anyone help? I am trying to watch a multimedia thing. This is the message I am getting.

The decompressor, a file that enables you to play multimedia content and should have installed automatically, failed to install (Error= 80040200).

Can someone guide me in plain english on how to sort this please?

Thanks.

I guess your trying to watch the vid of the Exmoor run!

You need divx to download it here http://www.divx.com/divx/ or clickable http://www.divx.com/divx/

Give that a try!!

Thanks Guys,

Suba,

It was the Exmoor run that Rob said about that I was trying to watch. It did mention codec somewhere along the line. I will have to sort that though.

Rob,

Thanks, I managed to watch it now I downloaded what you said.

Thanks for helping a woman in distress.

Cheers.
