All the pc joysticks in the shops seem to be flight simulator ones

Can anyone recommend a decent 6 button arcade stick (not a joypad)
as i would like one to use with the MAME arcade emulator

Have searched everywhere with no luck

 

i believed mame was selling arcade controller for the pc? or one of their followers are - check out the mame page.

 

yeah but i think the 2 mame full size ones cost like 150-220 pounds.
I was lookin for more like 30-40 quid from the high street if possible

 

What about a gamepad? I've got the microsoft sidewinder one and it works great with mame etc...

ive got a suidewinder pad but think i def need a stik
specially for the street fighter beatm up games

 

I got a 8-button MS sidewinder2 stick with throttle, it does the job nicely, if u dont mind buying MS It was about 40quid IIRC.

Buy it online, easier n cheaper.

 

a pad is the best for any beat em up not the sidewinder tho try a gravis one the dpad on the sidewinde is a bit prohibative for doing dragon punches and tiger knees and the such like
