help! need to undelete folder/file in NT4 server

folders/files were deleted on the NT4 server (NTFS) from a workstation. it's not in recycle bin.

is there any utility within NT4 that i can use? or what 3rd party undelete utility is good and reliable?

Be careful installing software to undelete something you've just deleted. You might find that you install it over the same area of the disk that contains the files you deleted! Try to install it on a different physical disk if possible.
