Hi all, got a question for all the tech heads, Im running win98se and ics with it, I also want to play games over the net using the direct ip connection that some games have, also want to send files using msn messenger, however since running ics uses tcp/ip and obviously so would direct ip gaming i cant game or send files.
Is there any way that i could do both (ics + direct ip)
Thanks in advance for any answers

Sorry, but never used ICS, but I'm assuming you cannot configure port forwarding?
If you can't then there is no easy way round it. But sending files via msn should work on the main computer.
What sort of connection do you run? If its a broadband connection, then cosider getting a router which cost from £50 upwards.
What sort of games do you play? I play a lot of Half Life based mods. Most games allow you to set the client port, you could try that?!
