Don't get too excited, but a quote from a company for a little project that I might have 
Needs a server component, running into a database, from which there is a GIS program that displays data from the db. Needs to be web interfacing.
Essentially taking the GPS data from my tracking devices & displaying the moving dots. Data is sent via GPRS to an IP address.
Take it from there please!! MS Mappoint for GIS.
Oh and a rough timescale
