Lotus Notes Contacts and extraction to .csv format

Does anyone know if it is possible to extract Notes contacts (In Notes R5) to Excel .CSV format?

I did manage it with Notes 4.5 but that was about 4 years ago and I haven't used notes since so I can't remember how, sorry.

Quite easy:
1) Open your Personal Address Book in Notes.
2) Select the addresses you want to export.
3) Click File, Export and you get the choice of Structured Text/Tabular Text/Lotus 1-2-3.

Cheers guys,

I have managed to import our main contacts database to a .csv file now all I have to do is import it into Exchange 2000.
