Cant get my head round this one folks ?? please help.

Seems to happen mostly when I connect my camcorder. Usualy end up Ctrl+Alt+Del - ing it and it is saying Sysdoc32 is not responding ??????? and also Msgser32 not responding.

I have defragged, disc doctored the lot but it is still freezing. My internet access also struggles at times gets as far as .......btopenworld.........duser then just stops responding ??

Please help cos this is driving me daft !!! If I can get back on line I will check and read your replies with interest

format reinstall

 

Dont want to sound like a bit of a Jade but what is that?

 

take to your local pc shop, they will format/reinstall for about £30.

 

So there is nothing I can do myself ???

I haven't tried giving it a chap with a hammer yet! might that work??

u could try reinstalling windows, but without sounding rude, with your knowledge you might get into difficulties or not fix the problem.

Thats why a format (wipe the hard disc clean) and reinstall of windows, is the best option, when u have different problems.
