Question

Although this game plays a lot better IMHO than WRC - I do find the graphics play-up quite a lot which kinda spoils it a bit.. the last time I saw update problems like this it was on a poorly spec'd PC - anybody else noticed them???

yep - great game - but horrific slowdown does spoil it... still, makes a nice filler till cmr3 is out in Sept

Scrappy2 - cheers mate - so its not just me that noticed it.. damn shame, as the game is very good, a big improvement over WRC.

I thought the slowdown was only during the replays - but it happens during the gameplay as well and It's a shame that some parts of the game still feel unfinished like the nasty service area animations....But anyway it is a great game and it's MUCH better than WRC...

I think it is a very good game but not noticed the delay in graphics.

Alot more realistic as i fell down a cliff and ripped of my wheels

I've found it has slight issues during the game and lots of issues with graphic update during the replay... hadn't noticed the pit area stuff.. but it is much more realistic than WRC, and I haven't managed to complete a race yet, keep flying off cliffs and breaking everything.. keep ending up with no wheels or bumpers!

Cool

The GBA version is better IMHO, cos it seems flawless.

Question

I had it hired out a couple of weeks back and thought that it was like driving on ice (when on tarmac) the car seemed to revolve around a central axis with almost no lateral grip, very strange. I did actually quite enjoy it once I got to grips with the Polo I had to pilot through the first season. There were bits of slowdown and large amounts of pop-up, but I was normally too busy trying to avoid the scenery to actually admire it

I hired it out on Sunday. Wasn't impressed with this game at all... reminded me of the Sega Saturn type games.

Haven't found anything that beats the rally section on GranTurismo 3 A-spec.
