We've had a succession of duff candidates, so I thought I'd throw this open to anyone here....

Permie post in Kingston-upon-Thames. Oracle on Sun mostly.

Money Neg.

Plenty of candidates, but it seems that they're either contractors looking for somewhere to hole up for 6 months or juniors or just taking the **** on the money/experience curve.

We had one today who proclaimed himself a 'guru' on his own CV. LOL .. how to set yourself up for a rough interview.
