BIG problem from a numptie

My IE windows now have BIG text and icons etc! Not sure what the hell i have done and feel like a numptie asking how to fix it as i should know. Ive never seen anything as gay as what it looks like so i dont know why anyone would use it so u might not know. Sure there is a geek sorry someone that knows somewhere.

right click on toolbar... click customize.... add size from available icons.. then adjust size with button on toolbar.
