i have moved into a new build and i have sky internet (i had it at previous property and was fine)

it seems really poor here,phone keeps buffering upstairs and when im in my garage i hardly get any wifi which is the issue as i want a smart tv in there as its a garage gym.

is there anything i can do to boost the signal?

i have 2 x sky q boxes (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs) and the sky modem downstairs plugged through the bt open-reach socket.
