Cheers.

I got my domain registration through easily.co.uk - £10 for web re-direction and domain for 2 years. They do hosting too, pretty cheap if I remember...

Ummmmmmmmm depends, you need SSL's etc, about 150 quid i think from thawte.com. Planning on coding it yourself? There are a variety of packages youc an use. I think internic is one, shopcreator.com do it to. Intershop is another but is well pricey.

Or you can do online verification from the likes of worldpay but they'll take a cut off the top of each sale.

Shop jobby isn't too bad - depends if you want to write yourself or not - you can get loads of different types off the web anyhoo. The asp bit will be fine, just have to install IIS or Apache and host locally to test.

Super_si,

Have a look at this
http://www.titanhosts.net/hosting_comparison.htm

For what you get from Titan, these prices are very good. IMHO

Cheers,

Defo Titan - £60 will get you enough for your needs, with database if required. £120 for higher end package.

I use them for all my hosting and will never move. Easy setup, fast connections, online stats etc etc.

Excellent!!

It's easier to hand code the ASP, but you could try Dreamweaver MX - they have a trial download on the macromedia site. This combines DW4 and UltraDev and is very easy to use

For online shopping, you could integrate Get Trolleyed - www.gettrolleyed.co.uk
