Seriously, compnay wide we have a system called "Remedy" that is mainly a HelpDesk system but has KB tools. If only the HelpDesk would learn to use it.....
In our team we keep a set of web pages for each of our applications/systems we write. Each person who has a new one to add just writes a simple text document that they drop into a specific directory on the server. A service picks this up and weaves it into the relevant web page. Written in house in about 1/2 a day. Works for us.
