any sites that allow you to upload home videos that may have copyrighted music on.

we made a video 30 years ago and the track was 19 by Paul Hardcastle, but we can't upload it to the tube or Facebook as its recognises the track.

Any tips, that don't mean we have to overnight the music ? or can't it be done ?

 

I think if its faster or slower it avoids copyright,

like playing at 1.5x speed ?

Lose the copyrighted material is the only way for youtube, I think.

Just a guess, add the copyright in the description, maybe?

 

Upload it to youtube and dont "list" it. (Keep it private) Then go to editor and put new audio to it using the Youtube catalog of tracks (or no audio at all) should be fine then.

 

Vimeo don't seem to care much.
