He's not here, so if you were trying to wind him up, you've failed LOL
Its hard to believe I have a £700 (RRP), phone in my pocket microwaving my nadgers It feels more like £200 in terms of feel/quality....and that goes for any other tech manufacturer for a in-demand product.
Although I think Sony and Panny have nailed the compact camera sector for price vs spec. Compared to a phone, the complexity and quality involved is comparable, but the RRP is more realistic to the product's actual worth.

Que?
The only Apple device I have is a iPhone on contract (as it was a better deal than the Xperia compact -see t'other thread), everything else in the household and at work is MS, how does equate to being called an iSheep ?

Nothing wrong with apple products
If its dearer so what ?
Work harder
Or save more money by taking sandwiches and a tea bag to work
No point being the richest man in the graveyard
1million on the bank gaves you just £300 over week interest in your savings
So I'm happy with my apple products
They work
Look nice
Quality pays for itself in a few years time when you have forgot the price but it still works well
I, happy to be an I sheep
Hopefully jack will be along soon to bollock you and put you in your place

People are not forced to buy so not entirely sure how they are ripping people off. They set the price and I like millions of others choose to buy the product. If I don't want to pay their prices then guess what...........?

Read an article this morning about the optimal price point for a useable smart phone, conclusion was around £220 - £250. In the article it estimated the cost of components and assembly of an Iphone was around £150, so yeah, healthy returns in the mobile phone industry.

£250 / £500 for a phone is crazy, My moto G cost £130 sim free, dual sim so no messing going from `uk to Croatia or anywhere else in the world just drop in a local sim and jobs a good un, does everything and more than I want, stick it on the table next to any other phone and you'll struggle to know which one is which, nearly went off with a mates samsung the other day thinking it was mine.
That said I do have a Macbook Air that's about 3/4yrs old and the Mrs Macbook Pro is around 5yrs old, both been no trouble in that time, previous laptops and computers were all a pain to use and forever having some sort of problem, Apple stuff seems to just do what it says on the tin.

I believe there is a noticeable drop in interest in mobile phones generally, not just apple. My own family observations are that my kids are apple mad and have not bothered us at birthdays for the new 6s model. They are both happy to carry on with their smashed 6 models. I had taken a photo for jack to show just how robust apple is over other phones. Since jack has dropped off the planet I'll wait

Don't be daft
You get nice little apple stickers in the box
Stick them on the headboard
The misses thinks Im smiling at her
But it's really the apple logo when I'm on top of the situation
