As above, specifically 2gb DDR PC2-6400 unbuffered non ecc 1.8v 256meg x 64



So out of touch with these things now

I bought mine off ebay I got a DDR3 204pin PC3-8500 4GB laptop Samsung memory when I updated to win 10. I only paid £12 for it. Loads on it, if you are just doubling up your memory take the exact serial code off your old one and type it in ebay. loads of old PCs and Laptops being broken for spares you might be lucky and get a exact match.

Better to look at your board and find out the fastest memory it supports, then add the biggest single chip at the highest clock speed you're willing to spend on.

Best way to improve performance.
