Samsung Smart TV - Issue with Amazon Instant Video
Hi all,
I just recently bought a new Samsung TV and I notice that the volume works in everything apart from Amazon Instant Video. TV still picking it up but it's like the Amazon app is stopping it from functioning. Anyone else had this problem or have an idea what I might be doing wrong if anything?
I would appreciate your help as this is obviously an issue of grave importance.

I'd probably say bug in the app, but it's seems weird.
I don't use Amazon video as its love film which I didn't like too much old ****e on... Netflix is what we use a lot, have you tried that ? Does that work.....
Maybe email Amazon and ask, I've googled but nothing came up so this leads me to believe app issue at her than ya TV...
Can you uninstall it and re install?..

Guys I fixed it!! I have a samsung smart tv streaming amazon prime. First I went to audio. Then additional settings, then I changed the sound mode to movie. Went back to additional settings and then went to audio volume which is normally off and set it to normal. It instantly changed for me. Please let me know if this fixed it for you guys! I want to know
