Where does Outlook Express keep it's mail settings?

Go to TOOLS>ACCOUNTS, select the MAIL tab select the service you want to save and choose export. You will have to do this for each service, but when your done you will have a load of .iaf files which will contain your account details for each service (account name, password, POP+SMTP servers etc etc).
Do similar for other services (i.e news etc).
Hope this helps.

in your windows directory under application data and identities
from there all your folders data in out etc
you can burn this onto a cd or link via a network and using ie 6 import all the stuff across
seperately from this you can export your address book to a text file and import
do this all the time in work when putting in bigger drives
