Is a VF22 or 28 an easy fit to a prefacelift 96 classic? An are they much better than that TD05?

yes the 28 0r 22 would be a direct fit on a bug but would need mapping etc

May be a silly question, but what is involved in fitting the TD05 to a classic? Convert to front entry i believe? How would i go about that?

Scratch that Pete, I've done a bit of research on here I think the 28 would be better suited for me. Is it running ok, no smoke or play in the shafts? How many miles has it done?

vf28 has approx 60k still on my car and wont be removed untill mid/end of jan

 

That's fine I can wait until then. I want to get my car mapped Feb/ march so that would be perfect.

 

Have you still got the TD05? If so is it the front entry?

no std top entry for 92/96 cars front entry covers are quite easy to find those
