Any instructions with these ? Are they hard to fit myself or would you recommend a bodyshop

Hi steve
No theres no instructions as its so easy , simply bolt onto the rear bumper, the holes are already on the bumper and the spats, so no drilling needed.

Only thing you might want a bodyshop for is to paint them.

Hi mate Thanks for that would the holes be where you attached your mud flaps too ? As iirc there are a few holes there

Would I need to bond the remaining surface to the bumper ?

yes same holes. They come with adhesive strips already on them

These are a bargain, I fitted some to mine a couple of years ago using Sikaflex/tigerseal, let the glue set for a day and they've been perfectly attached ever since!
