Can I wax, then polish and then wax again?
Ok, well I'm trying to spend some time detailing the car and doing it in sections, sides, front, back etc over the course of a few weeks.
I've done one side as follows:
Wash
Clay
Deswirl and general tidy up of any marks
Pilish (Blackfire)
Wax (dodo purple haze)
What I need to know though is once the whole car is done, can I then apply a coat of polish over the wax and then give one final coat of wax?
Or is this pointless?
Thanks
Arron

Pointless if you have prepped it and waxed it already and doing another layer of polish will just take off the previous layer of wax.....just add another coat of wax instead.

Claying and detarring and washing all remove protectants....
Polishing removes swirls and minor imperfections leaving the paint bare and requiring "sealing"...
Glazing, sealing and waxing all build up layers of "protection" on the fresh paint
In order to wax , then polish, then wax you are simply adding protection, removing it, then reapplying the protection you just removed LOL

Excellent, thanks guys that is just what I wanted to hear, did not want to waste any time.
I also have some Blackfire Sealent stuff, is it worth putting that on after the polish and then wax on top?
