Megs. scratchx ??
Anyone here had any joy in using Megs. scratchx ?? tried it but to be honest unless I am doing something wrong in applying it then to me its useless !!

Used it before and it's 'ok'.
Depends on how deep the scratches are - mine were just faint 'laquer' scratches or swirl marks.Did a decent job of masking them but needed doing quite often to keep it that way.

Scratch-X isn't great, as the abrasive used is on the coarse side, and is prone to leaving fresh marring in the finish unless it is worked in really well. A far better option for deswirling Subaru paint by hand is Menzerna Intensive Polish, applied using a firm foam pad. If you check out this link, the whole process is illustrated in detail...

I bought some T-Cut colour fast scratch remover in a 150g pack and it's bloody fantastic. You rub the scratch and then I put some Auto-Glym on top of it and rubbed it off. Had to do it 2 or 3 times but the scratches have disappeared. I was amazed and very pleased because to be honest I did not think that it would work.
