After each panel, fold the clay and remould it in your hand; if you can expose a clean looking face it's safe to continue reusing it - the day that folding it over and over reveals a continually dirty face is the time to bin it. To store it, wrap it in clingfilm and keep it with your other gear such as towels, etc, in a clean plastic storage box.
