Z4 Gets the full Blackfire treatment
Ok another one of my resent details not as hardcore as the recently posted Scooby but I think some stunning results achieved. OK this is my sisters new toy it’s a 2litre Z4 with a load of extras and is a few mouths old. I was very shocked by the presentation of the car from new as it was covered in swirl marks, to the point where my sister was considering taking it back to BMW to sort it out, however I talked her out of that as I have seen BMW cleaners at work don’t think we need to say more do we …
The car was polished and then treated to the full Blackfire range including the Blackfire Midnight Sun Ivory Carnauba Paste Wax..
The results
Thanks for looking guys and no she is not a dwarf think I must have pulled the seat foreword when cleaning does look a little odd ….

Glad you pointed that out, it does look odd! Wise move about not taking it back - we've worked alongside trained BMW valeting staff and their rotary technique leaves a lot to be desired. I think we spent half our time ducking to avoid their sling, and the rest of the time marvelling at how quickly they could burn the paint on edges using their full tilt methods.

Yep just seeing a man with 1 bucket giving a new M3 a clean puts you off for life…… well I think that’s what he was doing maybe he was vandalizing it? Gave me more experience tho so maybe I should thank them.
I am really getting a bug for detailing at the min, and have started to consider making a career out of it or at lest looking into it. Would you mind if I dropped you a email with a few questions and queries before I go onto the big detailing forums for more ideas… I would prefer info from some one I trust and respect as there must be lots of pitfall and cowboys around .
