'Scorch' marks on my bumper
I have some scorch marks on my bumper - some overfueling issues!
Any ideas on shifting them ?
I didnt notice for a week or so which may account for why I cant shift them
Cheers

Is it burnt on carbon, or burnt paint? If the former then aggressive clay may be the way to go, followed by machine polishing, while if it's the latter and you have enough paint to play with, then heavy machine polishing may do the trick. Any piccies?

bloody hell
tried t-cut mate? i had a few marks in the same area (not as impressive as yours though) and a clay bar didn't do a thing. gentle t-cutting and as good as new
if the paints fecked there are carbon fibre covers on US ebay that might be big enough to cover the area if carbons your thing.

a more agressive clay and patience. then follow up with something like menzerna intensive polish on a porta cable or rotary if you have them or know anyone who does? if not get a detailer in to sort it. it'll be hard to shift as the heat will have baked it on. but it should shift.
another thing to try would be to soak with some p21s total auto wash or similar. this should loosen the deposits up a bit too.
