Default Outline When Gaphics Removed

I have recently bought a solid black classic, fitted with graphics that were not my taste. today i have removed them, but there is now an oultine around where they where, I presume this is a build up of wax?

please suggest how to remove these?

The paint appears quite soft, and I am worried about using anything to abrasive.

cheers yvm

Strong degreaser like P21S Total Auto Wash if it's wax, or and decent glue and tar remover if it's sticker residue; Autoglym Glue & Tar Remover is good as suggested above.

just to add. what ever you use, you'll need to make sure you give the car a good polish and wax after. personally i'd claybar the car after you've removed the residue and then give a good polish and a decent wax. you'll be stripping all the protection from the paint with the tar remover.

Cheers Matt, I already have some P21, and i will get the suggested tar remover before i go up to Mocom to clean the car.

Oh yes it will be polished and waxed once clean, got some great products from Polished Bliss for the wagon, JEFFS Werkstatt Acrylic Kit, also looks good on Black.

And yes, done the graphic thing, now back to Steathy, even more so than before
