Depends on your budget, I havent got £190 for a PC but I can afford £30 for a bog standard electric polisher.

Cheap electric 'polishers' aren't any good for polishing paint, only buffing off product residues. Thus they have no place in the polishing process, and only serve the purpose of saving a bit or work when buffing off. However, seeing as the microfibre heads clog quickly, I always found them to work no better than buffing off by hand. We use proper machines for polishing, and do everything else by hand. My advice is to stick to working by hand or save up for a proper machine like the PC - chances are a 'buffer' will disappoint.
