Default Quick question???

Looking at buying an new wrx in WR blue (of course lol ), but even in the showroom it has some minor swirls marks on it.

What would be best to use to stop it getting any worse, and protect the car?

Cheers

Get them polished out before accepting the car

Swirls are created by using sponges or other grit carrying items

Read Detailing Worlds guides or Polished Blisses website for how to avoid further damage

Spot on, as Phil says, see if you can get the dealer to correct the paint first, as it'll save you money if they do this as part of the sale process. In terms of protecting your paint and keeping it in as good condition as possible, it's all to do with good technique and quality products. Have a read through the car care guides on our site, as they cover good methods and techniques and are not product dependent. Then have a look through this section and check out what people are using; there have been lots of threads recently asking for advice on what products for certain colours, so a quick twenty minute look through should give you plenty of ideas. Also, feel free to give me a call if you fancy a chat on the matter!
