Hi mate, polishes and waxes/sealants are very different - polishes are used to remove sub-surface paint defects (such as swirl marks and scratches), while waxes/sealants are designed to simply protect the paint. Not sure what the Turtle Wax does, as I have never used it, but my guess is it might be a combined product, ie, polishes and waxes in a single step. This is common for over the counter products, and if this is the case, it's fine to use it on it's own. What's the name of the product?

Best shine and easy to use - Menzerna FMJ paint sealant meets those criteria perfectly. However, it doesn't polish, it only protects, so you will need to use a polish first if you have defects that need to be corrected. A good alternative is Menzerna Acrylic Jacket, which is 40% polish and 60% FMJ, and thus polishes and seals in a single step - it's a perfect one step product that gives a great shine (and it comes with an applicator and a decent buffing towel thrown in).

if you want to go for that shiney look, i'd be more inclined to go with Klasse- all-in-one. It does the lot. Even somthing like the Zymol cleaner wax from Halfrauds would do the job.

I've also heard some of the turtle wax platinum range are brilliant.

Klasse AIO and Menzerna One Step are very similar, except Klasse utilises solvents to polish, whereas the One Step uses abrasive particles. See the link below for a side by side comparison...
