Default Bumper Help

Ok its well known that I am very fond of the swissol system

So I did the Wifes KA today and was really impressed [I will post some pics of both cars tomorrow]

BUT

It has those horrible black Plastic Bumpers and nothing I have used brings them back to life

Any Suggestions?

I am seriously considering ripping them off and getting new ones if I can't sort

You need to clean them properly first, using products like Poorboy's APC, P21S Total Auto Wash or Megs Super Degreaser. Then you need to restore the finish, and I like Poorboy's Trim Restorer for faded trims. Top with something like 303 Aerospace Protectant for long lasting protection.

PS - had an idea about your flaps. If you want to send one to me I'll see what I can do (cost you postage but save you buying products that may or may not work). Let me know if interested by pm.

Just back from local Motor Factors

He suggested that I use Mequiers Gold Trim Detailer after I have given the bumpers a "proper" wash

IS GREAT THEY LOOK LIKE NEW AND IT LOOKS LIKE THEY WILL STAY THAT WAY FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS

I'll report back
