Default Cleaning tips

So looking for some pointers. I'm selling a couple of my cars off and I've had them valeted now they're not being used so parked up waiting to go. Unfortunately I don't have them garaged so they will be getting dusty from general dirt in the air. I want to be able to give them a quick spruce up before a viewing so without going all out is there any products out there that I can use. Quick spray and wipe down with a microfiber cloth/mit etc

Any advice welcome
