Default Problems with all IB Sites

Got some strange goings on with all IB forums, since I updated to IE8 am unable to load the forum pages properly. initially it hangs loading images from images.ibserv.net and when it finally renders the page all images are little red x.

Errors in browser on my desktop 64bit vista IE8 read that NcodeImageresizer is undefined.

I've also tried Opera and Mozilla and the problem is the same.

I've tried the following PCs with varying results.

XP laptop running IE6 - Will not load page at all.
Vista SP1 32bit Laptop with IE8 - Loads site, able to open existing posts but new post dialog will not load
Vista SP2 64bit desktop - Loads pages eventually but all images are red x
Citrix session to thin client running XP and IE7 - Works as expected

I've tried Passionford and get the same issue, and a honda forum I found in google. Every other website I go to including forums such as Audi-Sport.net and Pistonheads works fine.
