International Motors strikes again.

John Gray & Sons in Forres have had their Subaru dealership pulled after 20 years & passed on to a multi-franchise outfit.

I have been a customer of theirs for some years & am very disappointed by this occurence, as the friendly personal service & good back-up of this family owned garage was one of the reasons for buying a Subaru in the first place.

This garage in the past has a very good reputation with many people driving up from Aberdeen to get their cars worked on & serviced ( a round trip of some 160 miles). What does this tell you.

It appears that providing a good service & satisfied customers does not impress IM sufficiently.

I am not alone in this thought, it appears that many people are dismayed by this decision & are thinking seriously about continuing ownership with the new "official" dealer.

However, I am happy to say that John & the boys up at Forres have advised me that they are still open for business & are now trading as an Independent Subaru specialist - selling & servicing ALL Subarus including imports .
