Hiding the model badge

Try the following:
Go and edit your options. You'll see below the Show Model Logo option the list of logo's, which I'm going to guess is set to WRX. Click on the popup menu and select the topmost option, ie; the blank one, and then click Save Changes, then have a look and see if the WRX logo is still displaying in threads.
I had seen the same problem as you but after selecting the blank option in the list I don't see the WRX logo under my name.
One thing I did notice though is when I do go and look at the options again it has selected "WRX" as the model logo, when it should really be set to the blank option. Might be worth giving the blank option a name, something like "None".
