Log in issues?
webby, as per your request I have started a thread on the topic.
Just to note, over the last couple of days I have had times when I cannot log into SNet even though my username and password are correct. The failed attempt is then logged as 1/5 and I get the 'failed attempt' message.
If I restart my computer (as I always leave in standby rather than power down each time) and attempt to log in again I usually successful.
Whether or not this problem may be related solely to some cookie problem on my machine I don't know, but I have mentioned so that others who may have experience the problem can mention it.
Cheers.

Thank you sir
Could you please list what operating system, and browser version you're using?
Next time it happens could you please try closing all internet browsers, and anything else that might use an browser component in the background, like email clients, MSN, etc.. and then reopen one browser window. Please report back what happens.
Could you also please install an alternative browser, such as firefox (I resisted it for years, but its actually really good now), and when the problem happens again, try using the alternate browser.
When you install firefox, make sure you select the option so that cookies are NOT transfered onto the new browser, that way you can eliminate cookies as the issue.
Cheers
Simon
