Can we have a dedicated "e-bay forum" where all the people who thought they were getting something for nothing can go and post their complaints when it turns out they didn't?

I'm quite fed up of the plethora of e-bay questions interrupting the CurrentWorldEvents posts in NSR to be honest

 

was there not a world events style forum back in the day??

i am sure that somthing got removed due to abuse?>
