Default some forums not showing most recent posts

Anyone else noticed this?

Some of the forums are showing correct 'last post' posts, which link directly to that thread.

However, if I click on the forum, eg Photography, the last posted threads aren't there.

Here's an example:
It's now Saturday 12:20ish
The last post displayed on the main SNET page for the Photography forum is:
Post your favourite shot of.... by Omen dated Today at 11:50.

Click that Last post link and go directly to that thread.

Now the weird thing is if I click on the Photography forum instead, the most recent thread is:
Photoshop re-touching... by Simon C Today at 18:28!!!!!!

I found Simon's post which was actually posted at 18:28 on the 5th Jan!! ie 2 days ago.

Now this isn't the case with all of the SNET forums. Most seem OK but the following also seem to have the same prob for me:
NSR
Muppets (LOL)
Northern

Is this the same for others???

From: so much to see, so little time!
Thumbs up

Yep, I've not noticed it that bad but Internet Explorer page caching does not seem to work properly since the last major change to Scoobynet just before Christmas.

For some reason, even with IE set to check for new versions every time it loads the page, it doesn't load the latest version from Scoobynet.

You have to force a reload of the page using <Ctrl> & F5 in order for it to update.

What has been changed that could cause this?

Well, it's certainly weird that this only affected a couple of threads I'd viewed and it only happened a couple of days ago.

Thanks CW.

I've also set internet option setting to check for newer versions of stored pages every visit (it was set as automatic). But doing this I still had to press F5 on every thread affected as graphics didn't then load!

Seems OK now I've completely reloaded every affected page manually, so not sure what the blip on my machine on the 5th was
