You may well be getting a cached copy of the main page of the forums.
What date and time is it displaying for you?

Could have been a fwe things causing that Luke, could be your PC's settings or even your ISP.
CTRL-F5 will always ensure that a fresh copy of the page is downloaded when using IE if you see an issue like this ever again.
