Live Chat bluescreens XP Pro SP1

Does anyone else find the Live Chat app bluescreens their machine? I've tried to fire it up a couple of times, a Java window launches but if I try to bring it to the front my machine (XP Pro SP1) just bluescreens.

No problems here when I try it.

XP Pro SP1

Are you using the Java client that comes with SP1 or the older MS one?
