Odd search results

I just tried a search for the string 'rsk' (without the quotes) and got no hits.
Tried 'legacy' and got 10, including one that had the word 'rsk' in it. Most of the others contained the word 'gtb', but a search for that gave no hits either.
Is it matching on just leading words ?
I'm glad search is back, but I don't understand this !
