Can anyone recommend a dealer/garage etc that does servicing for Japanese imports.

Ideally near to Bracknell in Berks please.

You could always try Vehicle Buyers Japan,Greenham Common, Newbury 01635 38942. They supplied my 94Wrx and have serviced it over the last 12 months.
