Centre caps refurb?

Centre caps refurb?
Hi all, My wheels are going in for a refurb, but I'm not quite sure what to do with the centre caps. Body shop or DIY?

From: My turbo blows, air lots of it!!
Would you not get away with lightly sanding them and re laquering(<sp?) them?

Their quite hard to find. Ive got a parts number to order a new set from Subaru uk but I'm pretty sure their going to cost a bomb.
