I know that this subject has been done before, but what I'm wondering is there any penalty in the EU. I'm thinking of a 2 week driving holiday around Europe, to include Germany, France, Spain, and Switzerland.
What I'm asking is can they impound the car as it doesn’t meet emission levels?
Can I get a whopping fine?
Can I get done in some way for the noise level?
End up in jail
