Default Gopro help

I've put this in here because after some quick advice

Why does it take ages to put vids fro my go pro to my laptop ? 4min vid takes about 20mins ? When I plug the go pro in I have to go into computer to find it it doesn't ask me like on my iPhone and it creates one vid ad 2 other files. Driving me mad !

Wonder do u need to format the memory ?

GoPro videos are usually HD so a 4 minute video will still be quite large hence the upload time.

As for it not seeing it, did you get a disc with the GoPro? Probably need to install a device driver for it to recognize it.

Just take the SD card out and put it in the laptop and drag and drop the files, See if its quicker
