Hi guys i have a dilema

i have a sonic blue standard ish type r v3 in the garage needing a phew bits and have also
an sti v2 in silver modified stripped p1seats simtek ecu gauges coil overs prodrive alcon brakes white line bits roll cage

what do i do as the v2 has most of the parts i wanted to do to the type r

do i keep type r swap some bits over
sell the type r free up some cash to further modify the v2??

I would love to keep both and leave the type r as standard ish and use the v2
As my loon machine but finances wont allow!!

Or does any body else have any ideas

V3 Type R is the daddy of Type R's, which is why I have one.

Swap everything you want to keep onto the type r and sell the v2 sti, it's still a desirable car, if you can't afford to keep both, the type r gets my vote.

My list of things to keep would be, brakes,gauges and whiteline goodies, and the ecu BUT get the ecu back to alcatec for the knock control upgrade BEFORE you put it on the type r.
and maybe if it's a weekend / track car the coilovers dependant on what they are.


Oh and sell the cage separately as they go for £400 ish.
