problems with 6 speed gearbox when hot

Default problems with 6 speed gearbox when hot

hi there just wondered if anybody had a fault like this
when I have done a couple of miles in my impreza and try turning on full lock or nearly full lock you can feel it trying to lock up and make noises like my cv joints have gone does not do it from cold it is a 53 plate sti also I have checked oil which is above min and tried different shafts thanks

Center diff was gone in mine and was doing the same

how old is the oil in the box ?

not sure just bought it from a garage and I am just trying to help them sort it as its under warranty thanks

changed oil and its still the same

Removed the rear of the box to get to the center diff and replaced it with a good one ,,, very easy job really

was your just doing it when it got hot ?
and did you use a new diff or just a used one also did you do it with the box in place thanks
