05 handbrake gaiter removal

05 handbrake gaiter removal
I've had a quick look, found a snap popper near the top of the gaiter, the bottom part is tucked right under, and doesn't pop off like the gear gaiter.
Do I need to remove more of the centre console, to lift the plastic up and reveal the inner mounting?
