Has anyone any info on my Addzest audio head unit in my Wrx who are they?Are they any good or should I just rip it out and get a Pioneer?

 

Addzest = Clarion

Their speaker tend to be pretty good but the head units are poor in comparison.

I changed my Addzest unit for a cheap Kenwood one when I first got my car and it made a BIG difference....

Thank god! I thought that I was the only one to get one these contraptions in my car.
Told them to take it out before car came off the forecourt. Chances are, you have the old paper cone speakers front&rear like mine did too. I would replace the lot IMHO.

A friend of mine has a MY00 WRX and he has a double size AddZest head unit. Nasty looking monstrosity it is too...

 

Thanks everyone for your responce I will bin that old piece of £$%t and put a Pioneer or Kenwood im I will look at the front speakers too...Any comments on a good set that will fit?
