Hi,

I have a 99 T reg turbo 2000 uk classic, I have noticed Sins I bought the car 3 months ago. When slowly accelerating quarter throttle in low gears it feels like a rocking motion as if on your old push bike and the wheel was buckled and breaks stick on and off, but then when full throttle and turbo kicks in seems to go away. Now it's been like that and no other problems untill today after a little blast, now when I set of in first it seems to jump out of gear and make a clank, then set of as normal it hasn't jumped out of gear at all very strange, also when gearing down and pulling clutch up I get another little noise and feel a knock on the gear stick, gear box seems fine no crunching and selecting gears is 100%. A friend mentioned maybe the thrust bearing or clutch ? But it's not slipping.

Hi sorry not been back on thanks for replys. The knocking seems to have stopped but I still have this problem when lightly accelerating,
It feels as there's an hesitation or as if the brakes are sticking on and off not a misfire as such but then under full acceleration all is fine and pulls like a train it's more annoying than anything else, anybody else had this problem ???
